You cannot sign in
Most sign-in problems come down to an unconfirmed email address or the wrong sign-in method.
Step by step
- 1Check for a confirmation email if you have just registered, including your spam folder.
- 2If you signed up with Google, use Continue with Google rather than a password.
- 3Use Forgot password on the Log In tab to set a new password.
- 4Still stuck? Email support@journaeapp.com from the address on the account.
