How partnerships would work
- The client owns the account. Journae accounts belong to the individual. A partner never gains automatic access to anyone's photos.
- Sharing is explicit and revocable. Anything a client shares with a professional is exported or shared by them, on purpose, and can stop at any point.
- No clinical claims. Journae records visible change. It does not assess treatment efficacy, diagnose conditions or produce clinical evidence, and partner materials must not present it as doing so.
- Research requires consent. Any research collaboration would require informed participant consent, appropriate ethical approval and a written data agreement before any discussion of data.
