Please do not
- Upload photographs of another person without their consent.
- Upload sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful content. Such content will be removed and reported to the authorities.
- Use Journae to harass, impersonate, defame or intimidate anyone.
- Present AI observations as a medical opinion, or use them to make claims about another person's health, treatment or professional competence.
- Attempt to access other users' data, probe or overload our infrastructure, or bypass plan limits.
- Scrape, resell, white-label or redistribute Journae content or output without written permission.
- Upload malware, or use the service to distribute spam.
Enforcement
We may remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts that break these rules. Serious cases may be reported to the relevant authorities. Where it is appropriate we will explain what happened and how to appeal by replying to our email.
