The camera will not open

Guided capture needs permission to use your device camera.

Step by step

1. 1Check that you allowed camera access when prompted. If you blocked it, re-enable it in your browser's site settings for journaeapp.com.
2. 2Close other apps or tabs that may be using the camera.
3. 3Reload the Capture page after changing permissions.
4. 4If the camera still will not open, use Upload to add a photo from your gallery instead.
