Notes and AI Action Plans
Photos show what changed. Notes explain why it might have. Together they let an action plan be specific instead of generic.
Notes worth writing
- Routine: what you used, how often, since when.
- Context: sleep, stress, illness, travel, weather.
- Observation: what you noticed, in plain descriptive language.
- Change: anything you started or stopped, with the date.
Building an action plan
- Generate next steps after at least a few entries exist.
- Edit freely — the plan is yours, the AI only drafts it.
- Keep three to five open tasks; more than that gets ignored.
- Regenerate monthly so completed work is taken into account.
Keeping it healthy
- Tasks should be habits and consistency fixes, not clinical interventions.
- Remove anything that adds pressure without adding value.
