Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

You can change plan whenever you like from inside the app.

Step by step

1. 1Open Settings and go to Subscription.
2. 2Choose the plan you want. Upgrades apply immediately.
3. 3Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, so you keep paid features until then.
4. 4If you have more active journeys than your new plan allows, Journae asks you to choose which journeys to keep active. The rest are archived, not deleted, and can be restored later.
