7 Days of Doing One Thing for You
A gentle week-long invitation: one small thing a day that is yours. No streak pressure, no catching up.
This is an invitation, not an obligation. For seven days, do one small thing purely because you want to, and capture a moment from it. That is the whole challenge.
It can be five minutes with a book, a walk without your phone, a proper breakfast, an early night, a bath, a phone call, a stretch on the floor, or sitting outside with a cup of something.
If you miss a day, nothing is broken. Continue whenever you are ready — the point is the collection of moments at the end of the week, not an unbroken line.
How to run the week
- Create a Journae for the challenge so the week lives in one place.
- Capture one photo or one line a day, whichever is easier.
- Keep each thing small enough that a bad day cannot cancel it.
- Read the whole week back on day seven.
- Repeat it whenever you want to, or do not.
